Careers

Mt Hutt Helicopters was founded in 1998 and acquired by the Kershaw family in 2013.

Our combination of aircraft and state of the art agricultural equipment means we currently have the largest agricultural capacity in Canterbury. Our in-house engineering expertise and capacity enables us to develop and pioneer custom aircraft modifications, minimize downtime for our aircraft, reduce fleet maintenance costs and offer maintenance programmes and services for other operators. We have a culture of continual improvement and investment in the technology which we use. Innovations such as GPS navigation incorporating proof of placement enables us to deliver added value for our customers.

These three elements combined form our competitive advantage. It’s what gets us out of bed every day, keeps us passionate about what we do, and inspires us to do great work for our customers.

We provide a positive working environment for our employees where high performance is both recognised and rewarded. Mt Hutt Helicopters invest heavily in our people by providing learning and development opportunities to ensure they are well positioned to successfully develop their aviation careers.
